- Payment processed but CV not generated
- Significant errors in CV generation due to system malfunction
- Duplicate payments for the same service
✗ Not Eligible for Refund
- Change of mind after successful CV generation and download
- User errors in providing information
- Dissatisfaction with template design (templates are shown before purchase)
- Requests made after 7 days of purchase
2. Refund Process

Approved refunds processed within 5-7 business days
3. Refund Timeline
- Request Period: Within 7 days of purchase

- Processing Time: 5-7 business days after approval
- Bank Processing: Additional 3-5 business days (varies by bank)
4. Cancellation Policy
Since our CV generation is an instant digital service, cancellation is only possible before the CV is generated and downloaded. Once the service is delivered, cancellation is not applicable.
Pre-Generation Cancellation
If you need to cancel before CV generation (within 5 minutes of payment), contact us immediately at support@jobsingoa.in.
5. Refund Methods
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction:
- Credit/Debit Card: Refunded to the original card
- Net Banking: Refunded to the source bank account
- UPI: Refunded to the original UPI ID
- Wallet: Refunded to the original wallet
6. Partial Refunds
In certain cases, we may offer partial refunds or service credits instead of full refunds, such as when there are minor issues that can be resolved or when the service was partially delivered.
7. Required Information for Refund Requests
When requesting a refund, please provide:

- Transaction ID or payment reference number
- Date and time of purchase
- Detailed reason for refund request
